Cancellation Policy Please kindly give 24 hours notice for cancellations. This courtesy enables me to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of my services for you as well as others. I do not reschedule no call/no show appointments.
Late Policy I will hold your appointment for 15 minutes - provided I hear from you. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your facial service will be adapted to the time remaining. Waxing services may have to be rescheduled.
